refunds
the honest position, in full: you waive the 14-day cancellation right at checkout, you keep every right you have if the content is faulty, and if a guide is broken as described we fix it or refund it.

what you agree to at checkout
guides are delivered instantly and in full. at checkout you agree to immediate access and waive the automatic 14-day right to cancel, which UK law allows for digital content once access has begun. that is why there is no general “changed my mind” refund on a delivered guide.
what you keep, always
waiving the cancellation right does not waive your consumer rights.under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. if it is not, you are entitled to a repair or replacement and, where that does not fix it, a refund. no term on this page removes that, and none could.
our promise on top
the steps work as written on the stated tool versions at the verified date. if a guide is broken as described, we fix it or refund it — a quality promise, not a results promise.
in practice: if you follow a guide as written, on the tool versions it states, and a step does not do what it says, that is our problem to fix. we would far rather you told us than told your bank — telling us is how the guide gets fixed for the next person.
how to report a broken guide
email hello@guidedbuilds.com with:
- which guide, and which step number
- what you expected to see, and what you actually saw
- a screenshot or the exact error text, if you have it
we aim to reply within two working days. if it is broken, we fix the guide and tell you when it is done. if it cannot be fixed, you get a refund.
what we do not refund
- a change of mind after immediate access has begun
- a guide that works as written but did not produce the business results you hoped for — we never promised results, and we say so before you buy
- costs you incurred elsewhere, such as third-party subscriptions or API usage
fair use
refunds are for genuine problems. we allow one goodwill refund per customer; repeated refund requests across multiple purchases may mean we decline further sales. if a payment is charged back, access is withdrawn while it is investigated. none of this affects your statutory rights.
still not sure before buying?
ask first. email hello@guidedbuilds.comand tell us what you are trying to do — if the answer is “this build will not do that for you”, we would rather say so than take your money.
