terms

plain english, and short on purpose. buying a guided build gives you a personal licence to use it, free updates forever, and a promise that the steps work as written.

last updated 28 august 2026

who you are contracting with

guided builds, a sole trader business operated by Renaldas Freimanas in the United Kingdom, trading from 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, and contactable athello@guidedbuilds.com. by buying from this site you agree to these terms.

what you are buying

digital products: written, step-by-step guides to building working AI systems, together with any files, templates and fix-lists included with them. they are delivered immediately after payment, online. nothing physical is shipped.

your licence

you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use what you bought. you may:

  • use it yourself, including for your own business
  • build the systems it describes, for yourself or for your own clients
  • keep it, and every future update to it, for as long as you want it

you may not:

  • share, resell, republish or redistribute the guide itself
  • repackage it as your own course, guide or training material
  • remove the licence stamp that identifies your copy

each purchased file is stamped with the buyer’s email address, so a leaked copy is traceable. copyright in the guides remains ours.

immediate access, and the 14-day right

normally you would have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase. because these guides are delivered instantly and in full, you are asked at checkout to agree to immediate access and to waive that right, which UK law allows for digital content. the wording you agree to is:

I agree to immediate access to this digital content and understand I lose my 14-day right to cancel once access begins.

this does not remove your rights if something is wrong with what you bought. those are set out below and on ourrefunds page.

what we guarantee — and what we do not

we guarantee quality: the steps work as written, on the tool versions stated, at the verified date shown on the guide. if a guide is broken as described, we fix it or refund it.

we do not guarantee results. nothing on this site is a promise of clients, sales, income or any other outcome, and nothing here is financial advice. what you achieve depends on your offer, your market, your effort and things no tool controls.

guides on money-related topics carry this notice before purchase, and it forms part of these terms:

Honest expectations, read before buying: this teaches you to build and run the system. It does not promise clients, sales or income — results depend on your offer, your market, and things no tool controls. Nothing here is financial advice. If you're buying this expecting guaranteed money, please don't buy it.

updates

tools change. guides are re-verified on a schedule, and each carries its verified date and revision history. updates are free, forever, to anyone who has bought that guide. we may retire a guide if the underlying tool disappears; if that happens within a year of your purchase, contact us.

payment

payments are handled by Payhip, which is the merchant of record and accounts for VAT where it applies. prices are shown in pounds sterling. your contract for payment is with Payhip; your licence is with us.

acceptable use

the systems taught here can send email and contact people. you are responsible for using them lawfully — including UK GDPR, PECR and the rules on unsolicited marketing. the guides tell you where those lines are; staying the right side of them is your responsibility, not ours.

our liability

we do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer. subject to that, our total liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to what you paid for it. we are not liable for business losses, lost profits or lost data.

governing law

these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. if you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.

changes

we may update these terms. the version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought.
